Highsnobiety carried out a before and after survey on how 18 months of the pandemic has reinvented a generation's relationship with luxury products.


Some of the key takeaways include:

  • 66% of respondents stated they were comfortable owning less items, up from 59% the year prior.

  • 70% of purchase decisions are made during the process of finding inspiration.

  • 56% agreed that offline retail is more about experiencing a brand than shopping.
